REGIONAL PIXEL TECHNICAL TRAINING
The Elevator Controls engineering team offers regional training sessions. To accommodate our customers’ busy work schedule, the Pixel Technical Training is only one day, from approximately 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Pixel training is recognized by NAEC for CET Credit up to 8 hours. The Pixel Technical Training will give your team a powerful foundation on the installation, adjustment, and maintenance for one of the most innovative and advanced elevator control systems on the market today.

CUSTOMER FIELD TRAINING & ENGINEERING ASSISTANCE
Elevator Controls strives for customer satisfaction when it comes to our products and providing technical assistance. We have developed a program to support our customers for on-site training, field engineering assistance and after hour services.
Please keep in mind a few of our guidelines when seeking field support. Elevator Controls must be informed two weeks prior to confirm availability for on-site training or engineering assistance. Once dates have been confirmed, Elevator Controls requires a purchase order prior to reserving any travel arrangements (expenses are not included and are in addition to engineering time. Airfare, transportation transfers, food and lodging are not included in initial price and will be in addition to the rates provided).
