V900 AC
The V900 VF-CL provides solid state power control in a closed-loop system for most geared and gearless elevators with AC motors. Precise speed regulation better than +/- 1% is provided using quadrature encoder feedback and a closed loop drive design.
PM synchronous motor control is available for gearless and MRL applications, with a variety of encoder interface options, including EnDat and Hiperface. Power line regeneration is available for all V900 AC controllers as an option.
V900 DC
The V900 SCR provides solid state power control in a closed-loop system for most geared and gearless elevators with DC motors. Precise speed regulation better than +/- 1% is provided using quadrature encoder feedback and a closed loop drive design.
The V900 DC system is equipped with line regenerative, full-wave, four-quadrant digital drive technology. This provides significant power savings vs conventional VVDC technology, as well as improved performance, reliability and extended service life. V900 DC technology is ideal when a DC motor is retained during modernization.
H900 Hydraulic
Model H900 hydraulic controller is a field reprogrammable, microprocessor based unit capable of handling both standard and non-standard applications with simplex, duplex and group configuration. The H900 control family is suitable for all hydraulic elevator speeds, most valves and the majority of both freight and passenger elevator door operators. Interfaces for special or unusual valves are also available.
EZ-Link
An advanced control system should be supported by an equally powerful yet simplified serial communication system.
Ez-LINK provides an alternative to traditional discrete wiring for signal fixtures, eliminating the time, labor and material to run dedicated wires for each signal.
Serial Communication allows multiple signals to share the same wiring.
EC Fixture partners have Ez-LINK node boards in stock, so fixture turnaround is unchanged while wiring is simplified. Proper fixture and node operation are
verified during fixture manufacturing – using a simple test tool provided by EC – so your Ez-LINK fixtures arrive pre-tested, ready for fast and easy installation.
700 Series
END OF LIFE ANNOUNCEMENT
Elevator Controls is both proud and saddened with our announcement that our 700 Series Controller will no longer be supported with any Technical Support or Parts. Technological advancements and extremely limited component availability have relegated this once pioneering controller impossible to maintain any longer. If you have any immediate needs regarding a 700 Series controller still in service, please contact our Tech Support department with technical questions or our Sales Department to provide you with an appropriate Pixel alternative.
