At Vantage, we have an unwavering commitment to the safety of our customers and team members. As we deal with the threat of the COVID-19 virus, we have put extra measures in place to help ensure the health and wellness of our team members and customers. Given the essential nature of our industry, we know that it is vital that our team members continue to keep our production processes flowing. Currently, we are taking extraordinary measures to ensure their health and safety as we continue to operate in near normal mode at all of our facilities.

Service and Support

Supportive is how we understand our role in the customer relationship. End-to-end support isn’t a catch phrase – it’s the way we’ve done business since 1986.

Our Standards

Our company-wide standards for providing “Serviceable & Maintainable” equipment include:

  • Diagnostics shall be provided onboard.
  • No service tool shall be required for equipment installation, adjustment, maintenance, or troubleshooting.
  • Spare or replacements parts shall be available at published prices.
  • Regularly scheduled technical training classes shall be available at reasonable cost.
  • Telephone support shall be provided by trained, experienced technicians, without charge to customers.
  • Engineering field support shall be available at the customer’s location, at a reasonable cost, by prior arrangement.
  • All installation, adjustment, maintenance and troubleshooting manuals and documents which are required for proper equipment operation, including as-built prints, shall be provided with equipment. Replacement copies of documentation shall be readily available at reasonable cost.
