	Fernando Ortiz, President/CEO Fernando Ortiz has been the President of Elevator Controls Corporation for over 19 years.  Elevator Controls Corporation designs and manufactures Microcomputer-based, State Of The Art Elevator Control equipment and Elevator Monitoring Systems which are specified and sold throughout the USA and Internationally for new building construction and modernization. A graduate of the National Polytechnic Institute in Mexico City, Fernando holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from CSUS where he has completed all course work towards a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Prior to Elevator Controls Corp., Fernando joined Elevator Industries, Inc., of Sacramento, as an embedded Microprocessor software/hardware designer. Fernando quickly advanced to Chief Engineer’s position, and then to General Manager of the Elevator Controls Division of the Company, while continuing his post graduate education at CSUS in the fields of Power Electronics, Digital Controls, and Avanced Microprocessor programming and design. Fernando has been involved in many elevator related fields including design and programming of microprocessor based controls and drives, Project Engineering, field troubleshooting, field adjusting, field support and training, elevator sales, etc.
	Francisco Ortiz, Vice President Product Engineering and Support Francisco Ortiz is the Vice President of Product Engineering and Support he has been involved in many elevator related fields including design and programming of microprocessor based controls and drives, Project Engineering, field troubleshooting, field adjusting, field support and training, elevator sales. Francisco holds a BS in Electronic Engineering from University of Pacific, Stockton CA Campus.
