This position has the responsibility of project architecture, scheduling and technical relationships with other engineering departments, product management, customers and suppliers and must have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Elevator Controls Corporation is looking for a Technical Support Agent to offer phone support in the elevator industry. Our Technical Support Team answers inbound technical and customer service calls relating to our Elevator Control Panels that may deal with instructions on installation or trouble shooting on a variety of issues, all requiring extensive electronic knowledge in order to determine the most efficient plan of correction.
